Prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds Sterling) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

While we make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, slight variations in colour, size, or appearance may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and differences in screen displays.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Placing an Order

By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending you a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, adverse weather conditions, or other force majeure events.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place or attempt redelivery in accordance with their policies.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Damaged, Faulty, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, missing, or was ordered in error, you must inform us within 2 days of receipt by contacting us at [email protected]. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where applicable. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.

6.2 Unwanted Items

If you wish to return an unwanted item, you must notify us within 10 days of receipt by contacting us at [email protected]. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the return is due to our error.

6.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Cosmetic items: Cosmetic products (including soaps and bath products) can only be returned if they are unopened and in as-new condition.

6.4 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our returns process.
